What we can do for you
Our school supporters are incredibly important to us, not only as fundraisers, but because you give us the opportunity to educate young people about poverty in developing countries.

Through Build Africa’s 'school link' programme we connect your pupils with children and young people from schools in East Africa. It is an excellent opportunity to swap photographs, letters and illustrations, helping children from both communities learn about another culture. Contact us for more information.

How you can help us (Fundraising ideas for your school)
Take a look at our school fundraising pack, which is full of fun and exciting ideas to raise money, from selling Build Africa’s Christmas cards to talent shows or music concerts (see 'School Fundraising' pdf opposite).

If there's a specific project you would like to fund - a classroom, or water tank for instance - we can give you a target to aim for.

A Fantastic Contribution!
Last year St John’s Primary School, Tunbridge Wells, chose Build Africa to be their charity of the year and raised a fabulous £3,444 for Build Africa’s projects in Kenya and Uganda. Some of the activities organised by the pupils and teachers included a Children’s Concert and a Crazy Hair Day.
